Once we receive a notice about any kind of invalid activity we appeal on publisher behalf. In some cases we may reach out to publisher for additional information, but that is rarely requested.

It a publisher responsibility for maintaining high quality inventory and traffic. If the traffic received violates policies and/or is invalid, then that publisher will no longer be eligible to participate in Hooligan Media program. This kind of issues is damaging to our advertisers, as well as legitimate publishers, as it can reduce advertisers’ trust in the rest of the network.
