In most cases Couldn't Validate the script issue is related to the cache. 

If you have cache plugins make sure to purge all cache as our system may still see the older version of the site.

Try checking your site under incognito mode to see if your changes (script & ads.txt) have been applied. 

If you still experience issues, leave both ads.txt and script on the site for 24 hours and try applying again.
