At Hooligan Media, we have different compliance levels designed to increase safety, minimize risks, and optimize ad revenue for our publishers. The compliance levels are designed to categorize publishers based on their website quality, features, and revenue generation capabilities.
What are the compliance levels for publishers?
The higher the compliance level, the better the ad performance, rates, and CPM. Each level unlocks more advanced features and opportunities for increased revenue.
- Level 1: All newly approved publishers start here, granting access to the Trivia/Polling ad unit.
- Level 2: Provides access to all available ad units.
- Level 3: Access to a full demand with prime and direct demand partners, offering the highest rates.
- Level 4: Reserved for sites generating over $100k monthly revenue, providing top-tier benefits and a dedicated account manager for monetization and marketing.
How long does it take to reach higher compliance levels?
Typically, Compliance Levels 2 and 3 are achieved together, usually within 3 days. The actual approval process may vary, taking from a few hours to a couple of weeks.
Can every site reach Level 4?
Yes! Every site can reach Level 4, as long as it meets the necessary quality and features requirements.
